This piece was made with a lot of thought and planning, using pencils and colored pencils using shadow techniques, and taking into consideration the direction of my pencil lines. This piece is part of a series that I’m currently working on that puts a childlike filter over dark things about life - whether that be fears, scenarios or topics. It comes from how I process thoughts in my own brain, with a cartoonish tint and a childish misunderstanding of things in the glum parts of life.
