To Brother Herb, a self-cleaning hot tub and an upgraded set of even cooler accessories to match his already elite arsenal of tools.To Brother Tom, a new generation of Marist Youth leaders who continue to build an incredible community, along with an iPhone, a permanent mute button for the PA system in his office, and chairs replaced with therapist-style chaise longues .To Mr. Pelegrín, a permanent solution for dealing with our collective stupidity.To Mrs. Rodriguez, an endless supply of holiday breakfasts and deep psychological conversations that somehow always start seriously and end with laughter. To Mr. O’Brien, unlimited access to every WWII film ever made, plus a room full of students who will actually watch all of them.To Mr. Linfors, a teleportation device or hoverboard to get across Columbus effortlessly, along with a kicker who can hit touchbacks every time he’s asked. I trust her, with full faith and all my mind has to offer, the responsibility of bearing my awesomeness. I, Samuel Barreiro, being of sound mind and body, do hereby bequeath: I would like to start off by thanking all the teachers who have made these four years at Columbus the best ever! Thank you for pushing me, holding me accountable, and teaching me how to become a man. Whether it was classwork or a regular conversation amongst each other, those were some of my best memories. As for the rest of the faculty and administration, I’m happy to be a part of a community where everyone does their part in. There as not a single time I can think of that you all weren’t there when I needed something. I am forever grateful for Columbus and I am excited to see what the future holds for Christopher Columbus High School.

From the lessons in class to the life advice in passing moments, you’ve helped shape who we are becoming. Even the small things jokes, reminders, and everyday conversations made a bigger impact than you probably realize. I’ll carry those memories and lessons with me beyond CCHS. Wishing you all the best, and thank you for being part of my journey.

I, Adriano Boutros, being of sound mind and body, do hereby bequeath: to Mr Busatto, I leave you unlimited Post-it notes so you can remember to do attendance and a golf sim to put in the classroom; to Mr Delgado, unlimited dude wipes and a head massager to calm his nice shiny bald head. And to both of them a key pad for the equipment room that can never be guessed or spread; to Ms. D, the best of luck in her life and with her work in the Astros and all 5s for her AP kids; and to Coach Joe, I hope you can go on and grow into a bigger position at this school and continue helping kids workout even if they arent playing ball in college.
I, Fernando Brambilla, being of sound mind (most days) and body, do hereby bequeath: to Mr. Pelegrin, an endless supply of students who actually read all of A Rose for Emily and come prepared with real annotations instead of “I kinda skimmed it”; to Ms. Taylor, an AP Environmental class where every student finally understands that recycling is not optional and can actually explain sustainability without looking at their notes; to Ms. Acevedo, calculators that never die mid-test and students who remember how to do algebra without saying “wait, what did we do yesterday?” every single class; to Mr. Ciocca, an economics class where supply and demand graphs are drawn perfectly the first time, and students who finally realize money doesn’t just “appear,” thanks to opportunity cost; and to all of these teachers, the patience of saints and a classroom full of students who turn in assignments on time. Thank you for making these years something I’ll never forget—even the tests.
I, Sebastian Brana, being of sound mind and body, do hereby bequeath: To Mr. Santa Maria, more ways to keep his lessons connected to what’s going on in the world today, and to keep making class enjoyable for his students. Thank you for helping us stay engaged, especially toward the end of our senior year, and for making class something we actually looked forward to.

To my friends, I leave the memories, the late nights, and everything we probably shouldn’t have done but did anyway. To my teachers, I leave my late assignments and last-minute effort that somehow worked out. To the Real Estate Club, I leave the title of president, along with the responsibility to keep building it.
