Tales of The Nova Shores: The Phantom Empire-Prologue

Long ago there was a dragon named Eternum and he created the whole universe, and along with this creation he created all life across the universe. He created all creatures both big and small and both strong and weak. He was proud of his creations, but he alone could not keep a proper balance in his universe. He needed both order and chaos to maintain the stability of his universe. He would then create his two sons: Fulminius the dragon of order and Abysuss dragon of chaos. They both did their father’s purpose and each one held onto their role. However, one day they got into a heated battle. One believed that the universe required more order than chaos, while the other believed chaos was the only thing that could run the universe. The two dragons clashed for centuries, until one day a new dragon emerged. The dragon was majestic as ever, and her presence filled the skies with a bright light. When her light emerged, it brought an end to the battle between the two dragons. After this, she was known as Atherwing the dragon of peace. This would not have been the first time she ended the madness of her brothers’ fighting. Every 100 years, the two brothers would fight again, and she would emerge to bring an end to it all. Together, the creator along with his three children would maintain the stability of the universe with a proper balance. However, there was a fifth dragon as well: the creator’s eldest. This dragon, Nekros, would not agree with his family’s ideals. He wanted to see the universe crumble and fall into his domain. He tried to destroy his whole family and bring an end to their reign. He was defeated by the four dragons and was exiled to a dark world meant only for him. He swore that he would one day return, and when he did his presence would be known across the whole universe. He would have followers that would do anything possible to free him from his dark world. Once he could finally be able to return to the real world, he would destroy it on sight. However the task would not be as easy as he claimed, as the creator already knew what the future held. He knew that there would be a chosen warrior that would emerge every time Nekros threatened the world with his return. This warrior would prevent the return and save the universe. However, he knew that one day the dragon would return and fight both the newest warrior and his allies in a grand battle to determine the fate of the universe. What he didn’t know was if they would be successful or not. Only time would tell. I am the Chronicler. It's a pleasure to formally meet you. I go around telling wanderers tales of the past and formally explaining how exactly these events played out. Please sit back and relax for I shall now tell you the first chapter of the warrior and his allies. The first chapter focuses on how they fought in a terrible war against an empire that wished to take over their island, and on that island they would bring back the Fallen Dragon from the dark realm. Did the heroes win or did the empire gain what they hoped to accomplish? You will find out soon my friend, but in order to tell you this tale, I must first tell you how exactly this all started.
