July 9th, 2013 marked the release of the highly anticipated NCAA football 14 video game. What fans wouldn’t know is that they would have to wait another decade for the next game due to legal issues with player image and likeness not allowing for players to profit from their name being in the game.
In the meantime, fans of the game found other ways to play an updated game by modding NCAA 14 on different platforms and even modding Madden as well.
Luckily after years of teasing the game, EA uploaded a trailer on February 15th for the new version of the game but under a new name “EA Sports College football 25”.
The trailer featured new player models as well as features such as mascots, team entrances and stadium models.
EA has gotten all 134 FBS schools to participate along with player likeness and image which was the issue of the previous versions of the game.
EA is eyeing a summer release sometime this July and players and fans alike cannot wait to play the game.
